Basic Requirements
• Over 10 years experience in Telecom Industry, and 5 years experience in managing Large Scale Telecom Projects.
• Very Strong Technical Background of Software Solution
• Experience in Program Director / Senior Project Manager position is desirable
• Awareness of internationally recognized Project Management Methodology
• Good communication and negotiation skills in English and Spanish.
• Good communication skill and experience to engage with Executive level.
• Knowledge about Telecom Business Support System, Billing System, Value-added Services, Charging System is desirable must
• The skill of teamwork and organization is required
