Testing Engineer________________________
Qualifications:
• Being versed in at least one of the operating systems (Linux, UNIX, NT/2000) and mainstream database (Oracle, Informix, Sybase, SQL Server)
• 5 years and about test management, strong testing tool knowledge and hand-on ability.
• Experience of test analysis in a telecom mobile operator or vendor environment
• Experience of End-to-end testing including 3rd party liaison
• Ability to work across cultural and organizational boundaries, and operate successfully in an intense business environment.
• Ability to work with customers, internal business unit organizations, and third party vendors.
• Good team player and ability to remain calm and courteous with demanding/difficult customers and/or situations.
• Ability to provide concise and clear, written and verbal reports. Fluent communication in English and Spanish
Infrastructure Engineer_______________________________________
Qualifications:
• More than 5 years work experience on Network Management and Security design/development/testing/implementation/maintenance, work experience in telecom industry is preferred.
• Knowledge on network management methodology and process.
• Knowledge on host OS installing and maintenance, UNIX operation, Websphere/ JBOSS/ oracle DB installed, configuration and maintenance .know the performance optimization for websphere ,oracle DB and so on.
• Fluent speaking and written in English and Spanish
• Some development skill is necessary, webservice/XML , shell script, SQL development for oracle DB and so on.
• Team management ability is preferred.
Solution Architect___________________________________________
Qualifications:
• Knowledge of best industry practices in requirements gathering and solution architecture.
• Ability to manage customer workshops.
• Ability to manage and control customer expectations focusing on minimizing customization.
• Ability to work with customers, internal business unit organizations, and third party vendors.
• Ability to provide concise and clear, written and verbal reports.
• Fluent communication in English.
• Knowledge of eTom and ITIL is desirable.
• Proven experience of business analysis and business process definition is highly desirable and could lead to consideration of a Business Analyst role.

Responsibilities:
1. Interface to ETECSA ,Responsible for achieving Service Sales Target;
2. Find & identify customer requirements , pain points to drive the customized service solution development and the sales actions
3. As 1st owner of service solution, perform various customer interface activities deeply and accordantly, including service solution sales expanding and communication, including (not limited to) NPM, MS, CS, SPMS,LS,
4. Organize and participate in Service Bidding; Provide competitive/deliverable/ profitable service solution and quotation to support service sales.
5. Service contract or PO customer purchasing progress following. And the daily internal contract/PO registration, contract change, etc…
6. To support the organization level customer relationship , meanwhile take responsibility of service solution satisfaction
7. Exhibition organization and customer invitation;
8. Competitor information collecting.
Procurement Engineer/ Project Procurement Management____________________________________________
Candidate Requirement (working experience, qualification background technical and language skills):
1) 4 years experiences in telecommunication or engineering or construction, telecom area is preferable;
2) Bachelor’s degree in telecommunication, electric engineering, construction or relevant major;
3) Good understanding capability;
4) Good oral expression, presentation ability; Effective communication, negotiating skills;
5) Fluent English skills;
6) Good computer operation skills, especially in excel, word, powerpoint
Job Description (job duties and responsibilities):
Project Procurement Management/Procurement Engineer for engineering service like civil work, tower construction, telecom equipment installation, fiber optic installation, managed service, etc
1) Supplier sourcing and qualification for engineering requirements;
2) Handle procurement request under procurement process;
3) Manage the subcontractor resource to match project requirements;
4) Subcontractor on-site management and issues handling;
5) Subcontractor capability improvement.
