ABC Hosting Ltd. Is one of the leading web hosting providers in Poland (cba.pl) and we’re currently expanding our services to other countries around the world, we also recently decided to introduce a new cryptocurrency project creating a new way to gain profit from websites traffic.
This is full time remote job with flexible schedule.
Main responsibilities:
Helping clients in solving problems with their websites and giving them information about our services (emails and sales chat, NOT via phone);
Blocking websites that violate hosting rules;
Interacting between clients and programmers/sysadmins.
We require:
Intermediate or higher level of English (B1-B2). Polish language is an advantage;
Basic understanding of hosting structure;
Any experience in programming, site maintaining will be advantage
Self-reliance as this is a remote job
